One day, I was alone in the winery, listening to the sound of the pressing machine and the juice flowing from the crushed grapes. Suddenly, I realized that I had created every drop of wine from nature. This is my love for wine. After becoming a winemaker, I discovered a life I had never imagined. As I delve into the mysteries of nature, I also show the world the beauty of the natural world.

帶領希臘葡萄酒邁向國際市場的先鋒 - Domaine Sigalas。希臘最精彩的原生白葡萄品種 - Assyrtiko 在 Mr. Sigalas 的操刀之下釀出隻隻風格迥異、獨特兼具的酒款，這只有最熟悉聖托里尼這塊土地、最了解這個品種的釀酒師才能辦到。Domaine Sigalas 持續在傳統和創新中帶領希臘葡萄酒前進，不但積極復育瀕臨絕種的原生紅葡萄品種 - Mavrotragano 並且不斷創新 - Assyrtiko 所釀造的酒款，連年的得獎紀錄更說明了 Sigalas 的不凡。
