Santorini 是酒名亦是地名，為莊園的代表酒款。

輕搖酒杯即有撲鼻而來的柑橘、檸檬與白花香氣，淡檸檬色的酒液入口後跳出令舌尖為之一亮的酸度與鮮明的礦石感，純粹素淨中綻放出海潮在炙熱陽光下蒸散出的絲絲鹹鮮氣息，餘韻悠長有力；經陳放後香氣轉化為更集中，呈現另一番深沉韻味，是經典 Assyrtiko 與聖托里尼島的最佳風土呈現。

適合單獨啜飲，亦能與各式帶殼海味完美融合。
