晚摘白葡萄經過日曬，濃縮出極高甜度的葡萄汁液，經過七年橡木桶陳年，造就出香氣極為濃郁，有著蜂蜜、焦糖、葡萄乾、無花果乾、肉桂烤堅果以及細緻木桶香氣的聖托里尼經典甜酒款。鮮明的酸度為濃郁的酒體增添了清爽感，平衡了豐富的濃度與細膩的口感，餘味悠長。僅在葡萄產量足夠的年份釀造，因為需要約5噸葡萄才能釀出1噸這款獨特的酒。陳年潛力：無限。
