阿匹里歐提斯意為吹拂自東邊的海風，而愛琴海風亦來自太陽升起的東邊。代表了風、太陽與釀酒師合作無間。

摘採了完美成熟的紅葡萄- Mandilaria，經過8-15天日曬，濃縮出高甜度深沉濃郁的葡萄汁液，經過七年桶陳，帶來了堅果、菸草、蜂蠟等細緻木桶香氣，爽脆的酸度，濃郁的焦糖、煙燻味中帶著顯明外放的糖漬梅李氣息，適合搭配各式巧克力甜點及中式棗泥鍋餅，與甜品相互襯托，為您帶來幸福滿點的甜點經驗。僅在葡萄產量足夠的年份釀造 Apiliotis，因為需要約5噸葡萄才能釀出1噸這款獨特的酒。陳年潛力：無限
