瀕臨絕種的聖托里尼原生品種 Mavrotragano 由釀酒師 Paris Sigalas復育後，終於有機會一嚐此原生品種；每個品種在輸送帶上進行手工篩選和去梗。二個品種分發酵並在在500公升法國橡木桶（90%為2-3次使用，10%為新桶）中陳釀12個月，裝瓶前進行混釀。呈現鮮豔的紅寶石色，果香濃郁，並帶有蜜餞、酸櫻桃、仙楂、胡椒與菸草香氣以及優雅的梅李香氣。適合搭配台菜、烤鴨、黑棗及各式蜜餞類點心。
